On the evening of August 30th, we invite you to our grand crayfish party! We’ll fill the restaurant with heaps of crayfish, music, traditional schnapps songs, and a delightfully lively atmosphere. It will be an evening to toast the end of summer and sneak into autumn with a roaring celebration.

The party kicks off at 8:00 PM with Skagen canapés and a welcome drink from the bar. At 9:00 PM, dinner will be served:

Chanterelle toast
A generous crayfish platter
Västerbotten cheese pie with vendace roe and spiced cheese
Sweet raspberry pie

In short: everything you could want (and more) at a proper crayfish party.

Price: SEK 995 per person

Beer, aquavit, and well-chilled wines will be available, and expect a lively, bustling atmosphere with schnapps songs for those who wish to join in.
