Tartare Days 2025: A Raw World

From February 18 to 22, 2025, it’s once again time to celebrate the steak tartare. During this year’s Tartare Days, we invite you on a culinary journey around the world, where flavors and traditions merge into an exciting experience. This year’s theme, “A Raw World,” introduces brand-new elements that will surprise and inspire you.

Over the course of these five days, you’ll have the chance to experience five unique tartares inspired by Argentina, the USA, England, Ethiopia, and Thailand.

This Year’s Menu:
Subject to change. We also offer dishes from our à la carte menu.

All tartares are available as full portions (285 SEK) or half portions (175 SEK), except for “Cheeseburger and Fries,” which is only served as a full portion.

Argentina – Asado
Charcoal-grilled tartare, chimichurri, aubergine escabeche, and Argentine cheese bread.

Ethiopia – Kitfo
Ayib cheese, kale gomen, and injera.

USA – Cheeseburger and Fries
Homemade ketchup, yellow mustard, mayonnaise, pickles, silver onion, smoked cheddar cheese, and pomme allumettes.

Thailand – Koi Soi
Lime juice, chili, garlic, fish sauce, cabbage leaves, crispy onions, cucumber, and raw long beans.

England – Ploughman’s Lunch
Pickled shallots, Scotch egg, gentleman’s relish, and crisps.

We offer a wide range of delightful drinks, with a focus on juicy, light red wines, sparkling options, and fruit-forward, elegant white wines with a touch of creaminess.

As always, there will be live music in Lilla Baren from Tuesday to Thursday during Tartare Days. It’s the perfect way to enhance the atmosphere and make the evenings extra festive.

Drop in spontaneously to enjoy a tartare at the bar, or follow our recommendation to book a table and taste all five tartares, taking your palate on a journey across the continents. The tartares are served from opening until closing, and our à la carte menu will also be available during these days.
