We\u2019ll fill the restaurant with heaps of crayfish, music, traditional schnapps songs, and a delightfully lively atmosphere. It will be an evening to toast the end of summer and sneak into autumn with a roaring celebration.<\/p>\n<p>The party kicks off at 8:00 PM with Skagen canap\u00e9s and a welcome drink from the bar. At 9:00 PM, dinner will be served:<\/p>\n<p>Chanterelle toast<br \/>\nA generous crayfish platter<br \/>\nV\u00e4sterbotten cheese pie with vendace roe and spiced cheese<br \/>\nSweet raspberry pie<\/p>\n<p>In short: everything you could want (and more) at a proper crayfish party.<\/p>\n<p>Price: SEK 995 per person<\/p>\n<p>Beer, aquavit, and well-chilled wines will be available, and expect a lively, bustling atmosphere with schnapps songs for those who wish to join in.<\/p>\n<p>A warm welcome to our crayfish party on August 30th!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>On the evening of August 30th, we invite you to our grand crayfish party!
