From February 18 to 22, 2025, it’s once again time to celebrate the steak tartare. During this year’s Tartare Days, we invite you on a culinary journey around the world, where flavors and traditions merge into an exciting experience. This year’s theme, “A Raw World,” introduces brand-new elements that will surprise and inspire you.<\/p>\n
Over the course of these five days, you\u2019ll have the chance to experience five unique tartares inspired by Argentina, the USA, England, Ethiopia, and Thailand.<\/p>\n
This Year\u2019s Menu:<\/strong> All tartares are available as full portions (285 SEK) or half portions (175 SEK), except for “Cheeseburger and Fries,” which is only served as a full portion.<\/p>\n Argentina \u2013 Asado<\/strong> Ethiopia \u2013 Kitfo<\/strong> USA \u2013 Cheeseburger and Fries<\/strong> Thailand \u2013 Koi Soi<\/strong> England \u2013 Ploughman\u2019s Lunch<\/strong> We offer a wide range of delightful drinks, with a focus on juicy, light red wines, sparkling options, and fruit-forward, elegant white wines with a touch of creaminess.<\/p>\n As always, there will be live music in Lilla Baren from Tuesday to Thursday during Tartare Days. It\u2019s the perfect way to enhance the atmosphere and make the evenings extra festive.<\/p>\n Drop in spontaneously to enjoy a tartare at the bar, or follow our recommendation to book a table and taste all five tartares, taking your palate on a journey across the continents.
